New · Augmented reality
AR places furniture and finishes in a real room at real-life scale, from a double bed to a kitchen island, so people can judge a space for themselves.
The kit
The same kit can come to a viewing, an open day or a sales meeting, so you can show a space, a change or a finish live.
05 / 08 · Plans
Clear plans people can actually read: room by room, floor by floor, in 2D and 3D.
Commercial and residential planning with 3-D render capabilities. Not only can we plan the space but we can put you in the room.
New · 3D plans and sun path
Interactive 3D plans with a sun path that shows which rooms catch the light through the day.
New · Space planning
The same footprint, planned again so the rooms work harder.
New · Site plans for a development
For a six-home development by a local developer, we redrew the original block plan into something buyers can read at a glance, then set out every plot and room size.
06 / 08 · CGIs
Show people the finished thing before it is built: stills and walk-throughs that stay true to the plans.
To help visualise a concept we can produce the highest quality computer-generated walk-through and still imagery
New · A kitchen, from shell to approved
A custom kitchen CGI for a new-build home, built on a photo of the bare shell so the room stays true, then refined draft by draft to the approved version.
New · Before and after
Drag across the picture to compare the construction photo with the finished CGI.
07 / 08 · AI preparation and staging
Clutter cleared, rooms emptied or furnished, finishes changed. Your space, at its best, without lifting a finger.
We prepare photographs with AI so a space looks immaculate, and stage empty, tired or unfinished rooms into finished visuals. Drag across each picture to compare.
08 / 08 · Websites
A site that does the selling for you: designed, written, built and launched, with the photography, plans and CGIs already in it.
We design and build websites.
